Politics of International Trade and Investments

The Polish Political Science Yearbook invites all scholars to participate in the 4th PPSY International Seminar Politics of International Trade and Investments (May 16, 2017, Toruń). The conference supports the special section of the volume 46 (2) (2017) and its objective is to discuss political aspects of international trade and investments, especially in the context of Chinese New Silk Road initiative. The seminar is an associated event of the Fourth International Asian Congress How the Silk Road Has Changed the World, the most significant Central European academic meeting in Asian Studies.
The organisers invite authors with papers, posters and presentations related to following issues:
new landscape of international trade,
new infrastracture for international investments,
perspectives for international entrepreneuship,
national policies to support international economic development
Central Europe in the global politics of international trade,
politics of investments in Central Europe Central European investments in the World.
All submitted papers will be fast-track reviewed for PPSY 46 (2) of 2017 (the peer-reviewed and indexed international journal, Polish List B 13 points). The PPSY Special Section on Central European security will be published in the journal in NovemberDecember 2017.
How to Apply: please submit the Online Application Form before April 26, 2017. Decisions will be announced on April 28, 2017.
Forms of Participation: the organisers accept presentation of papers and posters.
Participation Fee: 250 PLN or 60 EUR, paid before May 10, 2017. The fee does not include the accommodation and costs of travel.
